Purpose of the Fundraiser
The purpose of this fundraiser is to rally the Alpha Academy family to support St. Jude. The hospital provides vital care and resources to families in need, completely free of charge. Your participation will help ensure that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
- Start Date: Monday, December 9, 2024
- Participation Goal: Each family is encouraged to compile a list of at least 15 donors to maximize our fundraising impact.
How It Works
- Prepare Your Donor List:
- Gather contact information for family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and social media connections.
- Use the provided Donor Input Form to organize donor emails and phone numbers.
- Set Up Your Campaign:
- You will receive login credentials via email. Use:
- Login: Your parent email
- Password: fundraiser
- Follow these steps:
- Upload a profile photo to personalize your campaign.
- Optionally edit the prewritten message to make it your own.
- Start adding donor contacts via email, text, or both.
- You will receive login credentials via email. Use:
- Send Donation Requests:
- Share your custom donation link through email and text.
- Post your campaign on social media to reach a broader audience.
- Track Your Progress:
- Weekly updates will be sent via email or text.
- Receive “Good News Alerts” every time a donation is made, including the donor’s name and amount.
- Celebrate Success:
- The student from each grade level who raises the most (minimum $250) will win a 2025 Silver Carowinds Pass.
