Good evening, Alpha Academy Parents/Guardians.
To our summer school parents, thank you for allowing your child to attend the 21st Century Summer School Program. Your child’s participation will greatly assist us in identifying their academic goals for the upcoming 2022-2023 School Year.
All students who took EOG/EOC re-tests should have received their results along with their report cards. If you have not received this information or have questions, please contact the school office.
Please mark your calendars for the following important upcoming events and dates:
- There will be a New Students’ Information Session for first-time Alpha Academy students on Tuesday, July 26th @ 6:00 p.m. This session will be held virtually. Access information will be available on our website.
- If you are a new student and have not completed the new student application process and received confirmation, it is important that you contact the office immediately to confirm your child’s seat.
In addition, new and returning students, be sure to attend one of the following Orientation Sessions:
- The Elementary School Orientation, grades Pre-K-5th, will be held on Tuesday, August 9th @ 6:00 p.m.
- The Middle School Orientation, grades 6th-8th, will be held on Wednesday, August 10th @ 6:00 p.m.
- The High School Orientation, grades 9th-12th, will be held on Thursday, August 11th @ 6:00 p.m.
- All Orientation sessions will be held in the school’s main auditorium.
- For returning students, if you did not complete the Student Renewal application, it is imperative that you contact the office immediately to secure your child’s seat.
Summer office hours for the month of July are M-Th, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, and Fri, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm. This message will be posted on the Alpha Academy website if you need to review it. Again, thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
